WHAT WE DO

The Neo Continental Group operates in nine business sectors. This section details the companies and the business sectors they belong to, the products and services they offer, an overall roster of all Neo companies, and the mergers and acquisitions that Neo enterprises have been involved in since 1999 

Water: The Company manufactures bottled water under the trade name ‘Aretha Table water’. The company manufactures the 0.5, 0.75 and 1.5 litre bottles under the National Food and Drug Administration Commission (NAFDAC) numbers 01-6143    

 at the Asaba, Delta State office.

(ii) Wood Factory: The Company produces various types of furniture wood for local consumption and export at her factories located at Okada, Ovia North East Local government area of Edo State.

 (iii) Electrical Contractors: The Company is registered with the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), Ministry of Mines and Power, Abuja and Rural Electrification Board (R.E.B) as an electrical contractor. We have executed various electrical contracts for Delta State government. Electrical jobs done include street lights installation, electrification of various communities, transformer installation and several other electrical jobs. Some of the electrical jobs are: (a) Extension and installation of transformers at Ughelli and Aviara in Isoko North Local government area of Delta state;

  (b) extension and installation of 33kva transformer at Efeva street in Ozoro in Isoko North Local government area of Delta state; (c) Re-enforcement and extension/installation of transformer in Bomadi local government area; (d) Re-enforcement and installation of transformer in Abbi, Umuja, Ajenketa in Ukuani local government area; (e) supply of conductors to Delta state rural development agency; (f) Extension of electricity and installation of transformer in Abbari in Patani local government area; (g)Installation of transformer in Ewechi in Ukuani local government area; (h) Installation of street lights in government house and high court road, Asaba.

 (iv). Auto sales: The company is also in the auto trade business. Cars sold by the company include (but not limited to) all Toyota brands, Mercedes and Nissan. The company imports new cars for sale and also buys from some local dealers. The company will soon open an ultra modern auto service work shop at Asaba, Delta State. The workshop shall be a service center for all Toyota products, Volkswagen/ Audi, Mercedes and Nissan

 ASTRO IRORO International Ltd is the construction arm of the group. Astro is into construction of buildings and roads and drainages. Some of the construction jobs done by Astro include construction of three blocks of duplexes at mobile police barrack, Ogharefe; construction of Delta state polytechnic gate, Otefe-Oghara; Construction of cottage hospital at Agbarho, Delta state; preparation of Delta state university teaching hospital site and construction of access road at Oghara; construction of NEO Continental corporate headquart 

The maritime section of the group is also under Okparo with an office at Ali Jetty, Abuloma, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In the maritime section, the company leases out various marine equipments such as speed boats, badges, tug boats, house boats, cranes, pay loader, swamp buggy. The company will be adding a dredger to her fleet of equipments very soon.
