 Neo Continental Group was registered in Nigeria in 1999 with registration number (RC379464).  The corporate headquarters is located at 5 Orobator Avenue, Off Benson Idahosa University road, Ugbor, Benin City, Edo State Nigeria

 The major subsidiaries in the Group include ASTRO IRORO International, (RC 412855) OKPARO & GWYN Investment Ltd (RC 644815) and UESIRI Security Services Ltd. (RC 653071).

 In the Republic of Ireland, the group operates as NEO CONTINENTAL and De GOG. De GoG is located at Main Street Virginia, by Garda station, Virginia, Co Cavan. De GoG is into sale of women clothes, shoes, bags and accessories and beauty products, children shoes and hair extensions.

 The Company also operates a beauty parlor. NEO Continental is located at 54 Brewshill, Navan, Co Meath. Navan office coordinates the courier service and shipping arm of the business. Plans are at advance stage to start shipping goods from Dublin port to Lagos and some West African ports. The company is also discussing strategic partnership with some major courier companies.
