Management

The company has a board of directors and a management team. The head of the management team is Mr. Solomon Ejase-Tobrise Udele. He operates under the title of “President”. As president of the NEO Continental Company Ltd, he sources for jobs, funding and supervises the execution of such jobs through the various department heads. As head of the management team, the president reports to the board of directors. Each department of the company has a managing director. The managing director supervises the operations of their departments and reports to the president.

Profile of the President

 Solomon Ejase-Tobrise Udele: Has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial mathematics from University of Benin. He served in the Nigeria Police Force for twenty one years before he retired to head the NEO Continental Company Group. He is a member of International Body guard and Security Services Association (IBSSA), International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), Mathematics Association of Nigeria, and Ibori Golf and Country club. His work in public service made him to travel to every continent of the world. His brief as President of NEO continental group includes positioning the company for excellent service delivery. He is married with four children.
